PERIO·AID® Active Control mouthwash

PERIO·AID® Active Control mouthwash is a product containing 0.05% Chlorhexidine Digluconate (CHX) and 0.05% Cetylpyridinium Chloride (CPC), scientifically proven equally effective to CHX 0.12%: its low Chlorhexidine concentration makes it particularly suitable for daily control of oral biofilm.
Numerous research studies back its efficacy.
- Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0.05%

Alcohol free.
- After in-office dental treatments. Long term use (6 months)
- For people with excessive formation of dental plaque (oral biofilm).
- Any time good dental hygiene is not possible.
Suitable for coeliac patients: gluten-free.
- Rinse for about 30 seconds with 15 ml of mouthwash twice a day - morning and evening - after mechanical dental hygiene. DO NOT SWALLOW.
- We recommend to not rinse with water after using PERIO·AID® Active Control mouthwash.
- Most toothpastes contain anionic compounds that reduce the efficacy of chlorhexidine.
Therefore, after using said products and before using PERIO·AID® Active Control mouthwash, rinse mouth 3 times with plenty of water. PERIO·AID® Intensive Care gel does not contain these anionic agents and, therefore, is totally compatible with the use of PERIO·AID® Active Control mouthwash.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
