2. Purpose

  1. Respond to a query from the interested party through the advice of a specialist.
  2. Offer you training courses and professional material that can help you, depending on your specialty and register you on our website.
  3. Management of selection processes.
  4. Respond to a contact request by a web user.
  5. Manage user participation in those advertising promotions in which they have previously registered and, if they have authorised us and have turned out to be a winner, publish their personal data on the DENTAID website and social networks. (should such promotions be carried out, we would create the corresponding form).

  7. Receive information on products distributed by Dentaid and PHB, commercial communications and courses, events and calls, if so requested.

3. Legal Grounds

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent, given at the time you voluntarily wrote and subsequently communicated your data on the form and agreed by checking the corresponding box.

4. Duration of data retention

Your data will be kept, depending on the purpose for which they were provided, for the periods indicated below:

6. Rights of the interested party

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation about whether the data controllers are processing personal data that concern you. Likewise, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected.

Under certain circumstances, you: (i) may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims; (ii) for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data, in which case the data controllers will stop processing them except for when legitimate and compelling reasons exist, or the exercise or defence of possible claims; and, if you have provided your consent for a specific purpose, (iii) you may withdraw, where appropriate, your consent at any time, which will not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
