The latest scientific developments on CPC in recent dental conferences

DENTAID participates in different international dental industry meetings, where the importance of the mouth during the current COVID-19 impacted landscape continues to be highlighted.
The recent results published in the Journal of Dental Research show that CPC destroys the virus by breaking the membrane that surrounds it, thereby preventing the infection of cells. Due to this mechanism of action, the efficacy outcomes of Cetylpyridinium Chloride against the Alpha variant can be extrapolated to all SARS-CoV-2 variants.
Some of the meetings planned with the participation of DENTAID include: Spanish Society of Primary Care Physicians (SEMERGEN), Spanish Society of Oral Surgery (SECIB), Spanish Society of Epidemiology and Oral Public Health (SESPO), Spanish Society of Periodontology and Osseointegration (SEPA), EFP’s EUROPERIO, EXPODENTAL Rimini, EXPOPHARM and the annual congress of the Peruvian Association of Periodontology and Osseointegration (APPO).
With this participation, DENTAID aims to continue promoting the development of oral health globally.
