Hygienists from across Spain learn about the benefits of Nanotechnology

Over 3,000 dental hygienists from all over the country now know the benefits of nanotechnology in tooth sensitivity and whitening treatments.
The Aula DENTAID course entitled Nanotechnology Applied to Tooth Sensitivity and Whitening Treatments, which has been repeatedly offered in recent months, has disclosed the role of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles in repairing tooth enamel and sealing exposed dentinal tubules by forming a protective layer to treat and eliminate tooth sensitivity. Meanwhile, they also make surfaces smoother and shinier to provide a tooth whitening effect.
2013 Silver Aspid Award granted to the innovative DENTAID nanorepair® technology
The revolutionary DENTAID nanorepair® technology has been awarded yet again. This time, DENTAID’s 3D Nanotechnology audio-visual landed one of the 2013 Silver Aspid awards.
This audio-visual project shows how DENTAID nanorepair® technology, an innovative hydroxyapatite nanoparticle-based technology works and can be applied to tooth sensitivity and whitening treatments. This visual work, characterised by its high quality definition and real 3D effect, shows how hydroxyapatite nanoparticles seal dentinal tubules by forming a protective, wash-resistant coat, and how they integrate with tooth enamel, repairing irregular surfaces, thereby restoring the natural white of teeth.
