SECOND EDITION OF THE COURSE ON “KEYS TO PREVENTION IN PAEDIATRIC DENTISTRY”

Following the success of the first edition of the course on “Keys to Prevention in Paediatric Dentistry”, a second edition was undertaken with six more sessions in different cities in Spain, with a total attendance of over 2,000 dental hygienists.
Some of the main topics addressed at each session included:
* Disorders that may arise during tooth eruption: order, time and position of emergence, amongst others.
* Oral pathologies that you may come across: infections, ulcers, tumours, etc.
* Types of dental injuries that may arise, and recommendations for each case.
* Dental malocclusions and how to prevent them. How to control the behaviour of a paediatric patient.
* Tooth decay: how to prevent and treat it.
